Ermita Winery is one of the main worthy wineries that there are in Spain. It has recently been found and it has received a lot of prizes as a reward for its quality. Our range include several brands with the following grapes varieties: Monastrell,Temperanillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shireaz Merlot, Petit Verdot, Viognier,...and we can too place the company own label. Ermita Winery is situated in the spectacular El carche conservation area, surrounded by vineyards at more than 700 m above sea level. We respect the enviroment and desire to make wines that reflect the intrinsic character and personality of the region.The Vintage is made by hand. The elaboration process is realized by gravity , the reception area is 8 m.The grapes fall down into the fermentantion tanks where they remain for between 10 to 15 days.Besides,we have the latest technology for the treatment, maintenance and bottling of the high and best quality wines.
